Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

  • Gift cards may be used at Sweet Berry Farm for fruit picking and all items we sell in our market.

  • Purchases will be deducted from the gift card amount until the value reaches zero.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Gift cards are not valid for special events.

  • Sweet Berry Farm Rewards points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Sweet Berry Farm Rewards points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be used when placing delivery orders through third party services (i.e. DoorDash).

  • A gift card may not exceed the value of $500.

Loyalty Program: Earning Rewards Points

  • When you're making a purchase at Sweet Berry Farm, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number to either sign up for a new account or log into an existing one. If you have a loyalty account, the kiosk will automatically apply it to your order. If you don't have an account, you can create one directly on the kiosk.

  • You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Sweet Berry Farm.

  • Points can be earned on any purchase. Points cannot be earned on tax and gratuity.

  • Points can be earned for dollars spent only and cannot be earned on reward dollars redeemed.

  • A maximum of 1000 points can be earned per account, per day.

  • Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards.

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • To earn points, the member must be the one paying the bill.

  • Points cannot be earned on orders placed through any third party delivery companies such as DoorDash.

  • We reserve the right to cancel accounts that have no activity over a 24-month time frame.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Each time you reach 100 points, the 100 points will automatically be debited from your current point balance and converted into $5 credit on your account. There is no certificate; the credit is simply applied right to your account.

  • Credits cannot be used the same day you earn the credit.

  • The Rewards program may change or be canceled without prior notice.
